Jennifer Wedge is currently a Non-Executive Director at Torephene, the world’s first fully biodegradable, compostable and commercially viable alternative to plastic and Chair & Campaign Director at TribeFirst a specialised crowdfunding marketing communications agency.

Jenny has started and nurtured over 35 different businesses, bringing new inventions to the market, turning over £1 million before she was 30 in the cleaning industry and starting a farm in Pakistan with which she opened a new trade route to England for supermarkets.


Chris Sargisson - CEO @ Norfolk Chamber of Commerce

Chris Sargisson has over 25 years’ experience within digital start-ups and consulting. His organisations use tech to revolutionise and reengineer traditional business models to improve the customer experience. He grew a previous startup to achieve a multi-million pound turnover followed by a successful sale and exit.

Since 2017, Chris has been the Chief Executive of the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, and is determined to support the Chamber’s members in reaching their individual sustainability goals.


Leon Davies - Sustainability Consultant @ Leon Davies

Leon Davies served in the Royal Air Force for 15 years before going on to work as an installation manager for Shell, where he maintained Shell’s unmanned oil and gas and renewable platforms across the North Sea.

Leon founded and sold the award-winning zero-emission taxi company in East Anglia, powered exclusively with off-grid renewables. Leon now runs his own consultancy business where he supports individuals, organisations and businesses in finding sustainable solutions.


Gavin Anderson - Strategic Advisor @ BuxtonThreeTwo

Gavin Anderson is Strategic Advisor and Non-Executive Director, who started his first business at 18, a music shop selling the first digital instruments. He now works with global brands and companies of all sizes and mentors on the Virgin StartUp campaign.

Gavin’s daily drive is a 47-year-old race car, but his lifestyle is carbon neutral. He’s a firm believer in ‘repair and make do’ – the more use you can get out of one item, the better for the environment.
